It's OK to say you are not OK!

Mental Health for everyone has come into focus even more over the last 2 years. Remember that there is a question mark at the end of "How are you?" and it is important to actually listen to the answer, rather than assuming it will be OK.

Kindness to one another has been shown during this Covid time, and will hopefully continue. But what can you do if you, or someone whom you know is struggling with their health, or possibly their finances are causing undue pressure?
